Your role will encompass clinical activities across diverse settings, ensuring you provide tailored interventions to enhance your clients' quality of life. You'll be a pivotal resource for your department, contributing specialist knowledge, engaging in service development, research, and more.What you will do: - Contribute to designing referral processes and assess the appropriateness of received referrals, making informed decisions about delegation.- Manage your caseload efficiently, adapting to changing clinical presentations and patient circumstances.- Drive coordinated care planning, leading teams, and allocating responsibilities.- Employ specialist assessment and intervention techniques to enhance clients' occupational performance in various life areas.- Use your judgement in multi-disciplinary diagnostics, selecting appropriate evaluation methods.Requirements: - HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist - Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy - Demonstrated experience in UK Hospital or NHS settings - Community experience is essential Rhyl offers more than just a great career move.
