The below job description will outline this position of: Project Manager / Contract Manager Typically, this person will be responsible for overseeing ongoing construction and installation works on a highly secure site. They will coordinate with contractors and internal teams, manage progress against the snagging list, and ensure all works are completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently. HSB Technical's client is a very established and well-regarded business entity. Duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager / Contract Manager: • Manage day-to-day site activities, coordinating multiple trade contractors. • Review and progress the snagging list to ensure timely completion of outstanding works. • Liaise directly with contractors to assign and monitor tasks for their respective trades. • Oversee installations including windows, electrical systems, lighting, flooring, and medical gas. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards. • Report on project progress and communicate updates to senior management. Qualifications and requirement for the Project Manager / Contract Manager: • Proven experience in project management or contract management within construction, engineering, or technical sectors. • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and contractors. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. • Must be able to obtainsecurity clearanceto work on site. • Experience with large-scale installation or refurbishment projects is highly desirable.
