We are seeking a meticulous Credit Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing debts owed to the company and ensuring timely payments from customers.
Duties- Conduct credit checks on new customers- Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email, and letter- Maintain accurate records of all communications with debtors- Resolve billing discrepancies- Analyse financial statements to assess credit risk- Collaborate with the accounts payable department
Requirements- Proficient in data entry and accounting software- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with debtors- Ability to build rapport with debtors and suppliers- Previous Credit Control experience
