We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our team at Blusource Professional Services Ltd in Brighton. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit control processes, ensuring timely payments from customers, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role:- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring prompt payment and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information about their accounts and resolving any queries or concerns.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that credit limits are set and managed effectively, minimizing the risk of bad debt.
- Monitor and analyze credit control metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize the process.
- Proven experience in credit control or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000.
