Our client is an innovative and well-established tech-driven giant, working alongside some of the biggest brands in the retail sector on many projects across the UK. They're looking for a commercially experienced Product Manager to own one or more products in a value stream, champion product as a discipline and support key growth areas through product development across the business.
Salary: £55k - £62k + 15% bonus
Location: Remote first with offices in West Yorkshire (once a month)
Working alongside a senior product manager, the primary focus will be enhancing the customer account dashboard experience to deliver a compelling value proposition. As such, an ideal candidate will be well-versed in product development from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
Additionally, tasked with communicating with internal stakeholders and setting the product area's vision, an ideal candidate will be skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX, stakeholders, etc.), analysing data, and making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
Strong commercial awareness and experience with API integrations and developing customer account dashboards is essential for this role, as is a deep understanding of the product ecosystem and experience with front-end systems.
Core responsibilities include:
- Define and communicate the product vision and ensure it is aligned with business goals.
- Set and track product objectives (OKRs).
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
- Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop new products.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and deliver business value.
- Set product roadmap and priorities.
- Manage product budget and resources.
- Analyse product performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate product launches and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure product compliance with regulations and standards.
