Position Overview

dSb Recruitment Consultancy Ltd. is excited to collaborate with a renowned multi-channel fashion retailer known for its exceptional style and quality. We are seeking a Wholesale Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance and profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data and project future demand within the wholesale sector.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with retail partners and our distribution center to ensure timely shipments.
  • Oversee range and trading plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Engage closely with major accounts to foster strong partnerships.
  • Implement high-level Critical Path planning and management strategies.
  • Develop balanced and commercially viable product ranges that align with established financial goals.
  • Recruit and mentor team members at the Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandising Administrator levels.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a data-driven Merchandiser role, with a focus on managing key account relationships; experience in marketplace dynamics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Exhibit flexibility, enthusiasm, confidence, and a proactive approach.

This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring three days in the office and two days working remotely. Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to the head office.
