Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple product development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting all project specifications.
- Oversee the documentation process for all stages of development, ensuring claims are substantiated and regulatory requirements are met.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to align on costs, develop products and packaging to specifications, and meet critical project milestones.
- Plan and conduct consumer research and product testing to validate new product development.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and visual content to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Qualified to degree level in Chemistry, Materials Science, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Nutrition, or Medical Device product development.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills, with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in writing and interpreting technical documents.
