Job Title: Retail Product Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our retail products, ensuring they deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage proactive and reactive customer changes, retail marketing activity, product and process development
  • Lead a team of Product and Customer Executives/Analysts and work closely with other managers in the Retail department
  • Develop management reporting on product quality, customer profiles, and satisfaction
  • Continually monitor external retail developments and recommend actions to ensure our products are competitively positioned
  • Shape, plan, and manage all internally and externally funded retail marketing activity
  • Help bring new retail products to market, from initial ideation through to implementation
  • Improve retail knowledge and training for customer-facing teams
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of working in a similar product or marketing-based role, managing a small team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight timescales
  • Passion for delivering a VIP customer experience
  • High level of initiative and a desire to make things work better
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change, due to trading or operational requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail
