Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Shift Manager in overseeing the production process and ensuring all quality and production standards are met
- Monitor and improve performance targets, driving Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean manufacturing principles
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements, reducing waste and increasing productivity
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a production or operations role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
