We are looking for a results-driven Digital Sales Performance Manager to drive our global digital sales efforts and ensure consistent performance across all markets.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Performance Manager who will take ownership of overseeing and optimizing digital sales performance globally. This role requires a deep understanding of all digital sales channels (paid media, SEO, organic, and affiliates) and an analytical approach to managing performance metrics such as CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and CPO (Cost Per Order).

The successful candidate will evaluate and drive digital performance at a global scale, ensuring that local market teams meet their KPIs and deliver strong results. This person will be responsible for monitoring and improving the effectiveness of digital channels, managing costs, and working collaboratively with regional teams to drive digital sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Digital Sales Strategy:
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global digital sales strategy, focusing on increasing customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Align with local market teams to tailor strategies that fit regional needs while driving global goals and ensuring consistency.
  1. Performance Management & KPIs:
  • Manage and monitor global digital sales performance metrics, including CPA, CPO, customer lifetime value (CLV), and conversion rates.
  • Evaluate local market teams' digital sales performance, ensuring they meet predefined KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Regularly assess and report on performance metrics across all digital channels, offering data-driven insights to improve performance.
  1. Channel Evaluation and Optimization:
  • Oversee and optimize digital channels including paid media (Google Ads, Facebook, display), SEO, organic traffic, and affiliate programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of each channel, identifying opportunities to improve traffic quality, reduce acquisition costs, and increase sales.
  • Continuously monitor the CPA and CPO for each region and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  1. Budget & Cost Efficiency:
  • Manage digital sales budgets at a global and regional level, ensuring cost-efficient strategies across paid media, affiliates, and other digital channels.
  • Work closely with finance and local teams to optimize spending, reduce CPO, and maintain an effective balance between costs and performance.
  1. Paid Media and SEO Strategy:
  • Develop global strategies for paid media campaigns, ensuring consistent execution and optimization across regions.
  • Collaborate with internal SEO teams or external agencies to drive organic growth, ensuring the Lycamobile website ranks well across all markets and languages.
  1. Affiliate and Partnership Management:
  • Expand and manage a robust network of affiliate partners, evaluating partner performance and optimizing for higher conversions and quality traffic.
  • Ensure consistent KPI performance across affiliate programs, adjusting commission structures or tactics as necessary to maximize success.
  1. Performance Reporting and Analytics:
  • Build real-time dashboards and reports to track the performance of all digital channels globally, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Use advanced data analytics to identify key trends, areas for improvement, and high-performing markets, making strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct performance deep-dives, examining each market’s KPIs and digital channel performance to develop actionable insights.
  1. Collaboration with Local Teams:
  • Work closely with local digital sales teams in each market, supporting them in achieving their digital sales targets and ensuring they have the resources needed to execute global strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional teams, offering insights, best practices, and strategic advice on achieving optimal digital performance.
  1. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital sales tools, technologies, and trends, driving innovation across the digital sales funnel.
  • Encourage experimentation and testing (e.g., A/B testing, new ad platforms) to discover new growth opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the customer acquisition funnel and reduce churn across all digital channels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in digital sales, with a strong background in managing multiple digital channels (paid media, SEO, affiliates) on a global scale.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams and working cross-functionally with local market teams.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills, with a deep understanding of digital performance metrics such as CPA, CPO, CLV, and conversion rates.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong experience with paid media campaigns, SEO strategies, and affiliate marketing; expertise in performance management of digital channels.
  • Tools Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, SEM tools, SEO platforms, affiliate tracking software, and CRM systems.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets by optimizing digital strategies and improving performance metrics.
  • Global Experience: Experience working across multiple countries or regions, ideally in the telecom industry or a related field.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, able to work across different functions and regions, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the telecom or mobile industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing large-scale global digital sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and customer lifecycle management in a digital-first environment.
