We operate remotely, with a dynamic team that meets frequently in London to collaborate and build strong client relationships.Role Overview:As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Trusted Advisor by generating and progressing high-quality leads into scheduled appointments with our financial advisers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to our mission to provide accessible, trustworthy financial advice.Key Responsibilities:Proactively engage with potential clients, generating new leads and nurturing relationships to secure appointments for financial advisers.Qualify leads through research and tailored conversations to understand client needs and match them with our services.Collaborate with the team to improve lead generation strategies and enhance outreach effectiveness.Track, manage, and report on lead generation activities, ensuring targets are met and insights are shared with the team.Maintain a strong understanding of our financial advisory services to effectively communicate value to potential clients.Requirements:Previous experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment and a passion for working in a startup culture.Comfortable with remote work tools and adaptable to a flexible, fast-growing environment.Comfortable with high-volume sales, a successful candidate will be used to make 200+ calls a day and generating leads from LinkedIn.Benefits:Profit sharingWork from homeExperience:Business development: 2 years (required)Work Location: Remote
