A leading global organisation is seeking a Payroll & Expenses Officer for interim cover. Join our UK-based Finance Team and play a crucial role in our international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly payroll information for multiple countries
  • Review staff expenses in line with company policy and HMRC guidance
  • Advise on updates to the Expenses Policy as required
  • Support finance team with payroll-related management account information
  • Research and document technical financial guidance

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll processing, preferably including non-UK payrolls
  • Knowledge of HMRC employee expenses and benefits regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable researching and documenting technical financial information
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll and finance software

Ideal Candidate:

  • Seeking exposure to payroll and expenses in a multi-currency, global organisation
  • Able to build effective working relationships at all levels
