**Role**:
This role is working within the Payroll team and you will be assisting with the international payroll. You will have the opportunity to be fast tracked for training to specialise in international payroll.
**Responsibilities**:
- To work as a member of the payroll team to assist EMEA and ROW payroll functions.
- To ensure that all payroll and HR information is processed securely, in confidence.
- To liaise with external payroll providers and key internal stakeholders on all areas of renumeration
- To ensure timely and accurate processing and reporting of payroll across assigned countries
- Support the timely and accurate delivery of employee pay and benefits within assigned international payrolls (countries)
- Maintain relationship with local providers for assigned payrolls.
- Working closely with HR and Commissions teams to ensure adjustments are processed accurately and on time.
- Educated to A level or equivalent. (Essential)
- A genuine desire to progress in a career in payroll (Essential)
- Good numeracy and administrative skills (Essential)
- Proficient in the use of Excel and Word (Essential)
- Numerate with strong attention to detail as key 'gateway' role in terms of quality of payroll (Essential)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and able to prioritise work within defined timelines (Essential)
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and self-confident, with an excellent telephone manner (Essential)
- Confident in addressing and escalating matters with colleagues in order to resolve underlying issues (Essential)
- Effective communication skills with finance and non-finance staff, collaborative, proactive and able to tackle both new and routine tasks (Essential)
- Flexible working to accommodate key monthly deadlines at peak times (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport both internally and with external vendors (Essential)
