Our client, a professional membership body based in Central London is currently recruiting for an Membership Manager

The Role & Responsibilities of the Membership Manager
Deliver an excellent service to the membership body. Carry out the membership development strategy, ensuring the growth and retention of the membership.
Duties:
- Ensure membership growth and revenue targets are met
- Draft and oversee membership communications and marketing to foster greater membership engagement and growth
- Act as the principal point of contact for all new and existing members
- Annually design and communicate the overall member programme to key stakeholders – both internal and external
- Maintain up to date membership data on the CRM system
- Review and process new member applications
- Maintain a pipeline of potential members
- Act as secretary to the membership committee
- Contribute to the Business Plan and report progress on Team and Individual KPOs as agreed
Essential skills:
- At least 2 years’ experience within a membership or subscription based organisation
- Strong communicator
- Experience with CRM systems
- Familiarity with new digital communications platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom and ON24
- Excellent time and priority management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
