This role presents an opportunity for a skilled customer service individual to join a local business and play an important role in the business operations. Key Responsibilities Contact both internal and external customers to collect overdue payments Escalate unresolved payment issues to senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure prompt payments. Handle customer queries related to billing and payments efficiently. Issue invoices and account statements accurately and on time Prepare and present regular reports on the status of accounts receivable and aged debts Monitor customer payment patterns and recommend adjustments to the credit policy as necessary.
