A Specialist Finance brokerage with in-depth experience of Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Portfolio buy to let, HMO, residential and secured loans.


The Commercial mortgage administrator Role


As the Commercial Mortgage Administrator for the specialist finance brokerage, you will work alongside a team of administrators and brokers to provide a complete client journey from Keying in the application through to completion, working on a variety of cases including portfolio buy to let, HMO, Commercial mortgages, and bridging finance.

  • Basic Salary £28k
  • Completion and referral incentives

  • 22 days holidays + bank holidays increasing with service
  • 4pm finish on Friday

Commercial mortgage administrator desired skills and experience

  • Experienced Mortgage Administrator / Case Manager
  • Experience with Portfolio Buy to let, Commercial mortgage, Bridging Finance and secured loan cases
  • Professional and personable approach
  • Self-motivated & supportive member of the team
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Pragmatic problem solver with a proactive approach


To thrive in this role, you will need an in-depth experience , a thorough understanding of the mortgage market, and a passion for the property finance industry. It is essential that you have the knowledge and skillset to be able to confidently handle complex, high value cases, and deliver an exceptional level of service that surpasses your clients’ expectations.
