About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our team at NRG Resourcing. As a Commercial Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our mortgage team, ensuring that all cases are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer commercial mortgage cases from application to completion
  • Process and manage portfolio buy to let mortgage cases
  • Work closely with the mortgage team to ensure seamless case progression
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mortgage administration, preferably in a commercial mortgage environment
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
