NRG Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our specialist finance brokerage, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our brokers in delivering a complete client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of cases, including portfolio buy-to-let, HMO, commercial mortgages, and bridging finance, from application to completion.
- Work closely with our team of administrators and brokers to ensure seamless client service and efficient case progression.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market, including commercial and bridging finance products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Case Manager, with a strong background in commercial and bridging finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM systems and other software applications.
