My client is a leading company focusing on power distribution, monitoring, and critical power management solutions for industries where power reliability and efficiency are essential, with a significant emphasis on data centers. The role will involve overseeing R&D activities to drive innovative product design and development, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of delivering reliable and efficient power solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead R&D Team: Direct and control the R&D Design Engineering team, focusing on the design and validation of product solutions
  • Product Compliance: Ensure compliance with product standards and conduct ongoing analysis of existing products
  • Project Management: Partner with leaders to establish objectives and drive projects to completion on time and within budget
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a skilled workforce


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Relevant experience in a senior R&D role within a global company
  • Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Leadership Skills: Strong people management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
