We are recruiting for a Graduate-level candidate to join our client’s busy team. You will be joining a successful Facilities Management company who specialise in the service and maintenance of a wide range of facilities for clients across the UK in retail and commercial sites.

Our client is looking for a Graduate to join their fast-paced and innovative team. This role is ideal for a Graduate looking for their first step into the working world. Our client’s Graduate role is designed to introduce the successful candidate into all elements of Facilities Management to ensure a full and rounded understanding of the industry.

The role would suit an ambitious and driven candidate who is keen to progress and is able to pick up a variety of new tasks and responsibilities quickly and effectively. Our client is also part of a wider Group of companies and there may also be development opportunities within the Group to provide the candidate with well-rounded and vast experiences early on in their career.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist allocation of reactive and planned work on bespoke service software, ensuring this is done in a timely manner and service level agreements are met.
  • Working within contract budgets/spend limits.
  • Working to deliver operational efficiencies through effective workforce planning in a dynamic and reactive environment.
  • Maintaining and reporting on KPIs
  • Stakeholder engagement and providing accurate reporting to both internal and external customers.
  • Act as a liaison between several different teams/sub-teams
  • Provide costing estimates and quotations for a variety of clients
  • Complying with requirements of internal and external bodies including RAMs
  • Providing a variety of ad-hoc reports to Management/Directors


In addition, as part of the Graduate role you may also have opportunities to learn and be involved with other integral parts of the operation including, but not limited to:

  • Stock monitoring and control
  • Financial Analysis
  • Resource Analysis
  • Process Analysis


Candidate Specification:

  • Graduate-level (or equivalent). A Financial, Managerial, Operational or Property-based degree/work experience would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Keen willingness to learn, develop and take on a variety of responsibilities
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Ability to provide critical thinking, with an analytical/financial mind advantageous
  • IT Literate in Microsoft
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
