We do this by placing patients at the heart of everything we do striving to be the best at what we do and believe that our patients trust is earned through the delivery of clinical services to the highest standard.As Clinic Supervisor you are a key member of the Oxford team responsible for supporting the overall success and culture of the clinic leading a team of reception staff to deliver excellent service for patients and doctors. You will assist the Practice Manager in supporting the team in running the Clinics day-to-day operations to ensuring a smooth patient journey as well as ensuring the clinic operates within the framework of CQC standards statutory regulations and internal policies. This is a hands-on role and will include supporting the Practice Manager in operational and administration tasks and covering/running the reception at times to suit the business needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead the front desk team ensuring excellent patient service and smooth daily operations. Manage diary coordination bookings and utilisation to optimise clinic efficiency. Support CQC compliance through documentation equipment checks and routine risk assessments. Maintain clean organised consultation rooms and ensure patient registration processes are completed in advance. Prepare meeting minutes manage correspondence and assist with staff scheduling and rota planning. Brief and support the reception team on updates initiatives and training standards. Oversee daily task completion stock checks and contribute to maintaining high clinic standards. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Previous experience in clinical reception and administration (Private or NHS).Supervisory experience and familiarity with patient database systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office and understanding of medical treatments and pricing documentation.Strong communication organisation and time management skills.Detail-oriented with excellent numeracy and administrative abilities.Professional calm and confident approach with a passion for patient care.Able to work independently and collaboratively with reliable attendance and timekeeping.Skilled in multitasking problem-solving and maintaining positive working relationships.
