Role Description

This is a full-time Marketing Manager role at Vitis Events. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our events and attract attendees and sponsors. This includes managing social media campaigns, creating compelling content, coordinating with design and production teams, analysing market trends, conducting market research, and measuring the success of marketing initiatives. This is a role based in Rochester, Kent.


Requirements

  • Digital marketing and social media management skills
  • Excellent writing skills, you will need to be able to create content that does not require proof reading
  • Strong self-management skills
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms


The job role

  • Design and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase ticket sales
  • Oversee the entirety of campaign management, from planning to creation of copy, implementation, and tracking of performance.
  • Undertake marketing research and analyse data to find companies hiring developers and vendors selling to developers
  • Utilise a range of marketing channels, primarily focusing on email marketing, social media, paid advertisements, content marketing, and strategic partnerships
  • Work collaboratively with the design and web development team to produce compelling marketing materials and landing pages that bolster ticket sales
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and media outlets to extend each event’s visibility
