Regional Sales Manager to grow its ever-evolving business.

Your purpose as a Regional Sales Manager: To grow and develop strong relationships through the client's brand, B2B, aiming to significantly increase their sales by leasing vehicles to potential prospects and customers using the unique benefits of flexible leasing via this growing company.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage all corporate sales leads in an effective and timely manner through the Lead Management System for all customer bases. Sales leads are generated through all channels: online, inbound phone contact, and internal/ external referral.
- To grow corporate customer sectors and accounts.
- Consistent outbound prospecting data lists from Credit Safe and other approved outbound customer lists to incrementally grow the Company database of clients and business revenue.
- Knowledge of the full sales cycle from, completion of proposal form checks, direct debit set up, prompt payments and insurance requirements, and the business risks associated with not adhering to the full process.
- Deal tracking and logging all existing and ongoing orders to ensure all customers receive the Fleet vehicles within specific timescales.
- Ensure all new corporate accounts have been checked against the relevant due diligence and credit safe information, DVLA, and credit checks to ensure the safeguarding of the brand and assets.
- Creating customer accounts and updating the internal Lead Generator and CRM system, ensuring all areas of completed with the correct details in relation to Account Manager and Salesperson and relevant customer details.
- Full knowledge of the vehicle replacement process.
- Accuracy in organising the delivery and collection of Fleet vehicles ensuring all systems and departments are updated with the relevant information.
- Adhere to timescales where on-hold assets are reserved for customers - ensuring these are removed/confirmed as soon as reasonably possible.
- Maintain customer accounts with relevant business and retail information ensuring GDPR guidelines are adhered to.
- Take ownership to work with the team and support in answering the general inquiries which come into the centralised sales team inbox.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with the internal support teams i.e., System support, Accounts, and Logistics to work as one team.
- Take ownership for continuous professional development ensuring to keep up with the relevant trends within the leasing Industry.
- Advise senior management regarding feedback from clients and customers.
- Complete required internal reports on time and with accuracy
- Manage trends, look for common seasonality, and address these to seek new business opportunities.
- Awareness of marketing strategy and campaigns, ensuring the promotion of products in line with company standards
- Ensure required reports are completed in the relevant timescale with accuracy: for example weekly Outlook Report, Vehicle reservations stock list, open/ closed report, etc.
- The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following key skills and competencies:

- Ability to develop close business relationships and build rapport with customers.

Salary and benefits
- Up to £35,000 basic with a realistic £60,000 OTE
- PLUS… A reliable company car, laptop, and phone.
- The client has office's near Milton Keynes and you can work from there as well as from your own home - Monday to Friday.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience within an automotive sales-focused role.
- Able to show you have skills in developing a business sales strategy.
- Happy and confident to work with all levels of senior management and departmental staff within a Company.
- Historic background within a target-driven environment.
