As the Head of Sales, EMEA, you will be leading a team of Account Executives who are responsible for running a full sales lifecycle with organizations across the EMEA region. The Head of Sales will have a proven track record in driving forecasts and revenue growth, managing and motivating a team and developing and executing a sales strategy for the EMEA region.


Must be based in the UK.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and manage team of Account Executives, both Commercial and Enterprise, to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and development that supports the overall goals of the team
  • Oversee and guide one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, meetings, and training sessions to drive continuous improvement and goal attainment
  • Run weekly team forecast calls and roll forecast up to EVP, Global Sales
  • Define and implement strategies, processes, and tactics that support achievement of team sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Create forward-looking plans to support future growth targets
  • Work closely with Rev Ops leadership to ensure our existing processes and technology works in alignment with our goals as well as developing innovative approaches to continue to enhance our sales execution
  • Participate in new GTM strategies with executive leadership, sales leadership, and sales ops
  • Identify emerging markets while being fully aware of the competitive landscape


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years B2B selling experience with a minimum of 4 years in cybersecurity
  • Proven experience building and scaling an emerging sales region for an American-based organization
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership of sales teams
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Executive-facing presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com (preferably Clari as well)
  • Advanced knowledge of a Sales Enablement product is highly preferred (NetSPI uses SalesLoft)
  • Must be strong at coaching and mentoring reps
  • Proven ability to grow and lead a high growth team
  • Experience leveraging a proven sales methodology and MEDDPICC to guide the EMEA team
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
