About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our EMEA portfolio of high-profile B2B summits as the Head of Summit Operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established brand known for producing exceptional B2B events across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee every aspect of nine EMEA-based summits, from strategic planning to on-site execution.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a new operations team, including the hiring of a Summit Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align event strategies across the business.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record in strategic event management within EMEA.
  2. Experience working closely with content and programming teams.
  3. Ability to execute both virtual and in-person events.
