Job Title: Director of EMEA Summit Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our EMEA portfolio of high-profile B2B summits. As the Director of EMEA Summit Operations, you will take full ownership of nine EMEA-based summits, overseeing every aspect from strategic planning to on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement event strategies to drive successful summits.
  • Manage budgets, venue selection, and vendor negotiations.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a new operations team, including the hiring of a Summit Operations Manager to support your efforts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align event strategies across the business.
  • Liaise with the US Summit team to exchange best practices and ensure a unified approach to global events.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in strategic event management within EMEA.
  • Experience working closely with content and production teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across EMEA and beyond.
