Regional Sales Manager UK - Labels


Location – home based


Salary £50-60,000pa (flexibility based upon experience) + bonus c£20,000 + car + benefits


The client


The company is a privately owned European technology business with a purpose-built HQ and labels manufacturing facility in the UK.


We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to focus on driving Labels sales throughout the UK.


The candidate will have experience selling labelling or packaging solutions, with a strong understanding of Self-Adhesive and/or Linerless Labels technology and its applications.


The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to maximise revenue and market share.


The role


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries, including but not limited to food and beverage sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospect organisations.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal global teams inc marketing, product development and customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory requirements related to Self-Adhesive & Linerless Labels.


The person


  • Proven experience in sales of the labelling or packaging materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
