The Human Resources team makes sure the fun hardworking and innovative culture of Wayfair are constants in the work lives of our employees.What Youll DoSupport our EU & Asia Business and HR teams across various corporate & warehouse sites to process employee relations requests leave requests administer benefits generate & amend employee contractsConduct trainings relating to best practices for processing requestsSupport org and structural changes ensuring consistency & speedAudit and maintain accuracy of employee records using various HRIS systemsSupport new-hire onboarding process and iterate to drive the best experience focusing on speed & accuracy of processingSupport performance management activities particularly with reporting employee dataAssist with executing change management & communication strategies as HR Shared Services processes evolveWhat Youll BringExperience in a dedicated HR Generalist Shared services or HRIS role preferredBachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
