As the Quality Manager for the Problem Resolution Team in the UK you will lead inspire and coach a team of Quality Engineers to diagnose manage and drive resolution of quality issues on supplied product.ResponsibilitiesPROBLEM RESOLUTION Leading a team of Quality Engineers focused on Problem Resolution for quality escapes and reports of non-conformance from the Supply ChainPROTECTING THE CUSTOMER - Support of Containment Escalation Meetings for key issues interacting with leaders from other functions and with the Customer to facilitate resolution and ensure that disruption to the customer is minimised.QUALITY Ensure that learning from problems is extracted and shared to prevent future reoccurrence as part of our journey towards Zero Defects.STRATEGY - Contributing to the global strategy for Problem Resolution to enable world class problem solving within Rolls-Royce and enabling the recovery of Cost of Non Quality to minimise financial impact to the businessLEADING Developing and coaching the team to deliver world class containment and problem resolution.
