Includes weekend working and public holidays (rota basis with time off in lieu).Off-season (MaySeptember): MondayFriday 8am5pm no weekend work.Role OverviewAs an Account Coordinator youll manage a portfolio of clients ensuring excellent service quick issue resolution and smooth delivery during the winter summer the focus shifts to renewals client relationships and business support offering a varied year-round role.This hybrid role includes regular site visits and client meetings to maintain strong relationships and service standards.Key Responsibilities Client Management: Build and maintain client relationships through regular contact and site visits. Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve client escalations promptly. Revenue Growth: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities; pass leads to Business Development. Account Planning: Manage account plans renewals and quotes to meet targets. Financial & Reporting: Handle contract queries KPIs and trend analysis for improvement. Documentation: Keep client records up to date (KYC site maps contacts). Projects: Manage client-specific projects to meet SLAs. Values: Embody company values and support environmental volunteer initiatives.About You Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Experience resolving complaints and managing accounts. Organised proactive and calm under pressure. Confident working hybrid and attending site/client meetings.
