Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Spearhead the identification and development of new business opportunities within the Adult Mental Health and Learning Disabilities sectors. Your strategic thinking and industry insights will drive growth.
  • Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique recruitment needs and delivering bespoke solutions that exceed expectations.
