What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Innovation: Conduct quantitative analyses that directly support our liquidity and product teams, influencing key decisions and strategy.
- Analyze and Optimize: Use advanced statistical and data analysis tools to uncover insights and trends that will shape our market approach.
- Collaborate with Traders: Work closely with our trading team to research, test, and refine models for maximum impact.
- Cross-functional Integration: Partner with teams across the organization to bring quantitative insights into real-world strategies, from ideation to production.
What We’re Looking For
- Advanced Degree: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related area).
- Blockchain Savvy: Hands-on experience with on-chain analytics and data sources like Dune Dashboard, CoinMarketCap, or Glassnode.
- Quantitative Research Expertise: Skilled in methodologies such as time series analysis, machine learning, optimization, and backtesting frameworks.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Logical, resilient, and results-oriented; thrives under pressure and is eager to tackle complex challenges.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Can simplify complex quantitative concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English or Mandarin.
