Senior Quantitative Pharmacologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Quantitative Pharmacologist to join our team at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. This role will be responsible for providing significant contributions to multiple programs through the execution of PK, PD, and other types of quantitative analyses.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and analyze results for pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies.
- Perform advanced quantitative PK or PK/PD analyses, including non-compartmental analysis methods, compartmental modeling, translational modeling, and Exposure-Responses analysis methods.
- Work collaboratively with the PMx Research Specialists, PMx Programming Team, and Scientific Writers to prepare technical reports and regulatory documents.
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant field, such as pharmacology, biochemistry, or mathematics, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced understanding of quantitative concepts and techniques, including non-compartmental analysis methods, compartmental modeling, translational modeling/pharmacology, and Exposure-Responses analysis methods.
- Experience with advanced PMx statistical methods and the applicability to clinical trials, such as survival analysis, stratified or covariate analyses, and strategies for handling missing data.
