About the RoleIf you’re a strategic leader with strong operational insight, stock expertise, and a data-driven mindset, this role offers the chance to transform how fulfilment supports customers in a fast-growing retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFulfilment Strategy & LeadershipOwn the end-to-end fulfilment agenda across all channels.Influence senior leaders and engage store teams to drive accuracy and efficiency.Align fulfilment with business strategy and represent performance at senior forums.Performance Management & InsightLead KPI tracking and continuous improvement, maintaining targets for unfulfilled orders.Deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.Build accountability for performance across the business.Systems & Process DevelopmentPartner with IT, Supply Chain, and Operations to enhance fulfilment systems.Simplify, automate, and optimise processes.Ensure system changes support real-world operations.Innovation & GrowthShape future fulfilment models to meet customer needs.Lead initiatives improving speed, accuracy, and reliability.Ensure new propositions are both commercial and operationally sound.Person SpecificationEssentialSenior experience in retail operations, fulfilment, or stock management.Proven influence across all organisational levels.Strong leadership and stakeholder management.Deep knowledge of stock and fulfilment systems.Advanced analytical skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.DesirableExperience in Click & Collect or last-mile fulfilment.Background in multi-site retail leadership or digital transformation.Familiarity with WMS, OMS, or ERP systems.Experience leading change programmes.
