We're seeking a skilled Stock Integrity Specialist to ensure the accuracy and reliability of inventory data across multiple systems and channels. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations, resolving system issues, and supporting process improvements that protect margin and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise stock-related issues through the ticketing system.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies across integrated systems (WMS, ERP, IMS).
  • Collaborate with IT, supply chain, and commercial teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Track and escalate issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support the testing and validation of system fixes before deployment.
  • Maintain reconciliation and data integrity processes across platforms.
  • Query and analyse stock data using SQL.
  • Document all resolutions, process changes, and system updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and integration projects.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with integrated business systems.
  • Familiar with ticketing or incident management tools (e.g., SysAid, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong documentation and process improvement capabilities.
