As Project Manager in Forfar, you'll be at the forefront of our customer CBM Programs, leading a portfolio of projects to deliver outstanding program outcomes. In this role, you'll engage directly with stakeholders, manage cross-functional enquiries, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure program success. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll optimize project delivery and enhance customer experience. Strong project management skills, an ability to drive operational efficiency, and a keen focus on quality make this role pivotal to our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of programs, acting as the primary point of contact for program operations and key deliverables.
  • Maintain project resource levels, assigning team members based on project scope, competency, and criticality.
  • Track and report program KPIs, conduct performance analysis, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Enforce use of standardized documentation and procedures for effective program planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with program stakeholders to maximize planning, execution, and customer experience.
  • Monitor program financials, forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual outcomes, and implementing efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to communication policies, document handling, and project timelines, with a focus on meeting critical path activities.
  • Oversee training and competency programs, setting and tracking goals for team development.
  • Conduct on-site visits to engage with clients, fostering strong relationships and improving service delivery.
  • Maintain quality standards in alignment with ISO 9001 and utilize project management systems for operational tracking and reporting.


Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

  • Extensive project management experience, with a strong understanding of project methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in financial management, forecasting, and project financial analysis.
  • Experience managing major OEM customer maintenance programs and supervising multi-disciplinary teams.


Desirable:

  • Technical knowledge of NOV drilling, marine construction, or pressure control equipment.
  • Oil & gas industry experience and familiarity with industry standards (e.g. API).
  • Knowledge of NOV systems is an advantage.
