Your Opportunity to Lead:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven sales leader to join the business as their Sales Director / VP Sales Europe. What You'll Do:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Craft and execute a powerful sales strategy for the EMEA region. Identify new market opportunities, set ambitious sales targets, and achieve consistent growth in market share and revenue. Your vision will drive their success
- Team Management and Development: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. Create a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Recruit top talent and ensure your team is empowered to succeed and thrive.
- Revenue Growth: Be the driving force behind our revenue growth. Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets with precision and passion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, alliances, product, customer success, and more. Align sales strategies with company goals, and provide insights to shape product development, commercial strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Market Intelligence and Positioning: Stay ahead of the game by understanding market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Position the business solutions as the top choice for businesses and articulate a unique value to potential customers.
- Reporting and Analytics: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on sales performance, market conditions, and progress against targets. Your analytical skills will help the business achieve further greatness.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Over 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. You’ve led successful teams and exceeded revenue targets, especially in the pay or HR technology sectors. Your experience in managing complex sales cycles and high-value contracts with multinational clients is invaluable.
- Leadership: You’re a natural leader with exceptional people management skills. You inspire, motivate, and lead by example. You think strategically, execute methodically, and are driven by results.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the payroll or HR technology space is essential. You can quickly grasp and articulate the value of the business offerings.
- Communication and Negotiation: You have outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Engaging with C-level executives and key stakeholders comes naturally to you.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Your strong analytical skills enable you to interpret data and make informed decisions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are proactive in solving problems.
