Please review our website at more information on our organization.ResponsibilitiesProvide repair on standard Laptop and Desktop (Dell)(Panasonic)Provide Troubleshooting and repair of IOS devices (Apple)Provide the repair and reimage of field DevicesStock a working inventory for break/fix swap-outsProvide vehicle mounting services including installation work and incremental expansions of vehicles concerning field-based equipmentConsult with the applicable third-party supplier and update the vehicle kits electronics and power components to reflect retired models and their replacementsProvide lifecycle management of services on the code blue Devices field support installationsProvide lifecycle management of services on the AVLS (Modem) Devices configurations and testing for field support installationsProvide the necessary testing process to ensure the new model operates with the field application as needed and provide findings confidentially as related to AVLS (GPS Locations) and Drive-Cam videos and photosProvide the modem activation and deactivationService Recipients and ServicesTake reasonable care over specialized tools to ensure they are not lost stolen or brokenUpdate the ticket with the asset management data as appropriate.Update and close the ticket.QualificationsMust have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Desktop Support positionMust have a relevant IT qualification.Must be ready and willing to commit to continuous education certification and self-improvement Key Skills Mac Os,Active Directory,Desktop Support,Computer Networking,Mobile Devices,Windows,Remote Access Software,SCCM,Help Desk,Operating Systems,Remedy,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
