Our client is looking to add a B2B Order Management Specialist German Speaker (remote) to their customer service team.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end O2C process from order receipt, through to fulfilment, shipping, delivery and returns.
What would you do:
- Develop relationships with distributors across the EU and act as the face of the business
- Monitor product availability and communicate any issues around shortages, cuts and potential backorders
- Track the customer order journey against an agreed set of KPIs and SLA
- Contribute to process development and continuous improvement within customer service itself
What do you need to succeed:
- 1 year of previous experience in order management/order processing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with Excel
- Organised, accurate who is able to work as part of a team
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and German
