Description

  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
  • Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with current government regulations.
  • Establish and maintain employee records.

Profile

A successful Payroll professional should have:

  • Experience working in a payroll department at least at administrative level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Offer
