Job Title: Payroll Administrator (recruitment agency)
Working Hours: This is a part time role hours can be flexible but you will be needed in the office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and ideally Friday. These can be half days or around school hours.
Salary and package: £12 - 12.50 per hour (this is a permanent role), company pension, free parking onsite, company events.
Payroll Administrator- Job duties:
- Working for a small but busy industrial recruitment branch, processing weekly payroll for 100+ temporary workers.
- Processing timesheets and ensuring that all workers are paid in a timely manner.
- Checking data on the company CRM system.
- Responsibility for branch administration, which alongside payroll includes writing some job adverts, dealing with incoming email queries and working collaboratively with the team of consultants.
Experience required:
- Ideally will have processed payroll in a recruitment agency or on-site staffing environment.
- Ability to deal with large volumes of client data.
- Experience of processing a weekly payroll run.
- Ability to work in the Sheffield office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and ideally Friday. This is a part time role and we are open to the exact hours you work on these days- flexible around personal requirements.
