Make a Difference: SEMH Teaching Assistant - Join a Challenging and Rewarding Environment

Randstad Education is partnering with a leading special educational needs (SEN) school for boys, providing support for students from primary through to age 18. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need it most.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a Champion for Children: Provide vital one-on-one and small group support to students with a wide range of social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
  • Be a Skilled and Patient Guide: Help students manage their emotions and behaviors, develop their social skills, and build resilience.
  • Be a Trusted Role Model: Create a safe and supportive learning environment, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a positive attitude to build strong, trusting relationships with your students.
