Job Title: SEN Children's Teaching Assistant

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals at Protocol Education Ltd. As a SEN Children's Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and deliver individualized provisions that cater to the unique needs of each student. Your role will involve utilizing therapeutically based teaching strategies and a caring approach to classroom and behaviour management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess previous experience working with SEMH needs or a commitment to fulfilling the needs of pupils with behavioural, emotional, or learning difficulties and social communication difficulties.

In addition to your experience, you should hold a relevant qualification in education or a related field, such as a degree in special educational needs or a teaching assistant diploma.
