Technical Lead Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team at a leading telecom company. This is a tricky, dynamic role that requires a deep understanding of telecom technologies, coupled with the ability to manage complex workstreams and operational support models. You will act as a bridge between the technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that the right solutions are delivered efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience raising tickets for issue resolution, and the ability to understand and document use cases. Youll be working in a special workstream, ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly and that all technical requirements are met. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge telecom projects that will shape the future of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across both.
  • Lead special workstreams within projects, ensuring successful implementation of technical requirements and operational models.
  • Document use cases, ensuring that all technical requirements are clearly captured and understood.
  • Raise tickets for issues that arise, ensuring that they are tracked and resolved efficiently.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand the impact of changes and how these affect the operational support model.
  • Manage the business analysis process for technical projects, ensuring that all business needs are met from a technical perspective.
  • Assist in the technical implementation of business requirements, with a focus on ensuring that processes are scalable and efficient.
  • Provide operational support, ensuring that solutions are stable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Telecom experience is a must-haveyou must have an in-depth understanding of telecom technologies and systems.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Project Manager in a telecom environment.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and document use cases and translate technical requirements into business solutions.
  • Experience working with special workstreams, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Ability to raise and track tickets for technical issues, ensuring they are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Understanding of impact assessments, and ability to evaluate the effect of changes on business and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with operational support models and ensuring they are appropriately integrated into project workstreams.



Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong telecom background, capable of managing technical projects and workstreams. You will understand the intricacies of telecom technologies, use cases, and impact assessments. You will be comfortable working with tickets and ensuring that all technical requirements are met, while also managing the operational support model.
