Description

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping of financial data
  • Supporting the Accounting & Finance team in day-to-day operations
  • Conducting financial analysis and preparing reports
  • Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities
  • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations
  • Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with company stakeholders

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
