About Our Client: With over 25 years in the industry, our client is a well-established insurance broker specialising in a wide range of commercial policies. They're known for their exceptional customer service and commitment to employee development.
Role Overview: As an Insurance Account Handler, you'll work in a dynamic environment, managing diverse client accounts for new business and renewals. You'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills and advance your career alongside experienced Brokers and Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries and provide accurate quotations
- Liaise with insurers and product providers
- Arrange and manage insurance cover for clients
- Process mid-term alterations and renewals
- Manage client documentation and premium collections
- Utilise broker software and computer systems effectively
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years experience in insurance broking, with focus on Commercial Insurance
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with broking software is advantageous
- GCSE or equivalent education (A-Levels, degree, or CII qualifications preferred)
