Insurance Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our busy team at AP Group Ltd. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of insurance claims, including administration, correspondence, and liaison with insurers and repairers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process insurance claims from receipt to resolution
- Administer claims-related correspondence and documentation
- Liaise with insurers, repairers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims
- Process engineers' reports and other relevant documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely claims processing
Requirements:
- General insurance experience and knowledge of claims administration
- Professional insurance qualification, such as Cert CII or higher, is an advantage
- Strong desire to develop a career in insurance and willingness to gain Chartered Insurance Institute qualification
- Good level of education and proficiency in MS Office tools
- Local residential qualification or 5 years of continuous residence in Jersey
