We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our busy team at AP Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of insurance claims, including administration, correspondence, and liaison with insurers and repairers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process insurance claims from initial receipt to final resolution
- Administer claims-related correspondence, including letters and emails
- Liaise with insurers, repairers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently
- Process engineers' reports and other documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely claims processing, meeting regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- General insurance experience, preferably in claims administration
- Professional insurance qualification, such as Cert CII or higher, is advantageous
- Strong desire to develop a career in insurance and willingness to gain Chartered Insurance Institute qualification
- Good level of education and confident user of MS Office tools
- Local residential qualification or 5 years' continuous residency in Jersey
