You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet and exceed client expectations, while also optimizing the operational efficiency of our depot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate completion of all operational reports.
- Compliance: Oversee the compliance of all drivers, including PAYE and Independent Service Providers
- Operational Oversight: Pro-actively monitor and review the service performance job by job, ensuring every task meets our high standards.
- Staff Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members to maintain a high-performing operation.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Client & Driver Support: Proven experience in managing client and Senior Leadership relationships.
- Industry Knowledge:
