Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our London operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the operation, including planning, directing, monitoring, controlling, and developing the management team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the London operation, including Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, House Hold Goods, Security, Health & Safety, and Staff Management.
  • Ensure that all functional areas are delivered above the quality and standards expected by the Company.
  • Responsible for the budget of the sites and increasing profitability and effectiveness of the sites.
  • Support sales and development to expand our business lines and sales turnover.
  • Ensure the requirements and compliance to maintain status of Regulated Agent, AEO, and IATA.
  • Manage custom-related matters, including bonded warehouse and ERTS.
  • As a member of the senior management team, work across short, medium, and long-term company objectives.
  • Produce monthly business review reports and attend monthly senior management meetings.
